Law Schools Are Lying To Students About Judicial Clerkships
Law schools steering students toward their incomplete and misleading resources rather than to LAP’s, and funneling students into clerkships with little regard for the quality of the work environment, should be ashamed of themselves. It costs them nothing to direct students to truthful information. Instead, they’re perpetuating a significant civil rights abuse — harassment, discrimination, and retaliation committed by federal judges who interpret our anti-discrimination laws while exempt from those same laws.
