Summer 2026 Law and Policy Internship (Full-Time)

Are you interested in interning at an innovative court accountability nonprofit and mission-driven legal technology startup? Intern with The Legal Accountability Project (LAP) this summer!

LAP is hiring entrepreneurial, innovative, startup-inclined undergraduate, law, and graduate students with an interest in the legal industry, judiciary, and clerkships to work with us full-time in Summer 2026. Interns assist with the following areas: law/policy; nonprofit administration; legal technology; and development. LAP considers interns to be valuable team members: the difficulty of assignments will increase with experience level.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, reliable self-starter. We are a mission-driven startup, so flexibility and the ability to pivot and prioritize assignments are necessary. Strong writing, research, and communication skills, as well as attention to detail, are required.
