Federal judges face scrutiny after alleged misconduct in 3 states (NPR)

"What would be a fireable offense in most other workplaces is given no more than a slap on the wrist in the federal judiciary, where judges are inexplicably exempt from the anti-harassment laws they interpret," The Legal Accountability Project’s Aliza Shatzman told NPR’s Carrie Johnson about Judge Eleanor Ross, who recently received grossly inadequate discipline after having sex with a law enforcement officer in chambers, in earshot of clerks, and lying to the Court about it.
