What's Left Of Judge Newman's DC Suit Likely Won't Go Far

Aliza Shatzman, President and Founder of LAP, spoke with Law360 after the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia dismissed most of Federal Circuit Judge Pauline Newman’s creative constitutional claims against her Federal Circuit colleagues investigating her. This District Court decision makes it much less likely that Judge Newman will be able to challenge her one-year suspension, which the Committee on Judicial Conduct and Disability recently affirmed.
