2nd Circuit judge previously dinged for 'overly harsh' work environment disciplined again

Second Circuit Judge Sarah Merriam was disciplined for creating a “culture of fear” among her law clerks, following The Legal Accountability Project’s complaint, three years after being sanctioned for similar claims, according to the ABA Journal.
