The Federal Judiciary Is Uniquely Unaccountable & Uniquely Shielded From Scrutiny

LAP’s President and Founder, Aliza Shatzman, discusses the unique accountability gap for the federal judiciary and the work LAP has done to address the issue of judicial misconduct.

Since the 4-year anniversary of the Judicial Accountability Act’s passage, Shatzman launched LAP and began a clerkship transparency movement. LAP’s "Glassdoor for judges” database has served over 4,000 law students, received over 2,000 surveys, and reviewed over 1,200 judges.
