Fixing The Clerkship System

This summer, as judges review clerkship applicants, the reverse happens, too: judges are reviewed by their clerks as managers in LAP’s Clerkships Database, and applicants are reviewing judges as potential bosses and voting with their feet. LAP’s Database is accountability through transparency: there’s nothing imperious, abusive judges hate more than negative feedback they cannot see.
